KUALA LUMPUR  — The Union of Universal Trust (ULTRUST) today announced the opening of an exclusive invitation for qualified investors, family offices, corporate investors, private equity firms, angel investors, and high-net-worth individuals to become part of the ULTRUST Investor Network.

The invitation comes ahead of the inaugural launch of "ULTRUST Investors: Let's Pitch, Malaysia!", a premium investment matching platform designed to connect pre-vetted Malaysian businesses with serious capital providers in a structured, transparent, and results-oriented environment.

Unlike conventional networking events, where investors spend months evaluating opportunities, ULTRUST is introducing a model where participating companies undergo extensive internal due diligence and screening before being presented to investors. This enables investors to focus on what matters most — evaluating opportunities and making investment decisions efficiently.

Only ten (10) companies will be shortlisted for each cycle, ensuring that investors receive access to a highly curated pipeline of investment opportunities rather than an overwhelming volume of unfiltered proposals.

According to the Governance Office, participating investors will not merely gain access to investment opportunities. They will also have the opportunity to become part of the growing ULTRUST ecosystem through strategic shareholding participation in ULTRUST itself.

"ULTRUST is not positioned as a broker or intermediary seeking transaction fees. Instead, we are building a long-term ecosystem where investors, businesses, and strategic partners grow together through aligned interests and shared value creation," said a spokesperson from the Governance Office.

The upcoming pitching sessions will feature a concise format comprising five (5) minutes of business presentation followed by five (5) minutes of investor Q&A. Subject to investor assessment, negotiations and indicative funding decisions may be made during the same session, significantly shortening the traditional fundraising cycle.

Through this initiative, ULTRUST aims to establish a trusted investment ecosystem where capital can be deployed into promising Malaysian enterprises with greater speed, confidence, and governance oversight.

The platform is supported by ULTRUST Capital Resource Sdn Bhd as M&A Advisor and Meor Legacy Entertainment Sdn Bhd as Production Advisor, alongside a growing network of strategic investment partners.
